Channel Cherokee — Custom Order PolicyAll Channel Cherokee products are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once production has begun.


Mockup Approval
Every custom order requires written approval of a digital mockup before production begins. By approving your mockup you confirm that all details including spelling, colors, sizing, and design placement are correct. Channel Cherokee is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.


Order Errors
If Channel Cherokee makes an error that differs from your approved mockup we will replace your item at no additional cost. Photo documentation of the error is required within 48 hours of delivery.


Sizing
Please refer to our size chart before ordering. Channel Cherokee is not responsible for incorrect sizes provided by the customer.


Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days after mockup approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.


Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at channelcherokeehq@gmail.com
