Custom Orders
All custom orders require mockup approval before production. By submitting an order you agree to our custom order and refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All designs created by Channel Cherokee remain the intellectual property of Channel Cherokee unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce or resell designs without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Channel Cherokee is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
