Processing Time
All orders are custom made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production after mockup approval before your order ships.

Shipping Times
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after production
Expedited shipping: 1-2 business days after production
Please note shipping times are estimates and do not include production time.

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in the New Orleans area. Select local pickup at checkout and you will be contacted to arrange pickup details.

Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Channel Cherokee is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Channel Cherokee is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is lost in transit contact us at channelcherokeehq@gmail.com within 7 days of expected delivery.

Address Errors
Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Channel Cherokee is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
